ELEGOO Mars 4 Ultra offers exceptional print quality and detail. It features a 7-inch 9K monocrystal LCD display with 8520*4320 resolution that captures every tiny detail, allowing you to produce extremely detailed models with incredible 18 micron XY accuracy.
The fast printing capabilities of the Mars 4 Ultra are equally impressive, allowing you to achieve print speeds of up to 150 mm/hr with ACF film with a release liner and the upcoming ELEGOO FAST standard resin. This 3x faster print speed allows you to produce high-quality models with incredible speed and efficiency.

High-speed transfer via Wi-Fi

The brand new Linux operating system with built-in 4G RAM supports Wi-Fi transfer at 6-10Mbps. It is also compatible with 2,4G and 5G networks, making transferring files from your computer or mobile device easy. The removable Wifi antenna is conveniently located on the side of the printer’s Z-axis, making it easy to connect to your network.

COB light source + Fresnel collimation lens

Enjoy vertical and uniform exposure to a 405 nm wavelength beam thanks to the COB light source and Fresnel collimating lens, which provide consistent curing throughout the build area with less than 5 degrees of light angle and 92% light uniformity. This ensures that your models have a smooth and even surface.

Stable print performance

The Z-axis uses a linear guide rail structure with an accuracy of 0.02mm, which provides precise and stable movement to eliminate cracks on the final impressions and produce smooth and delicate surfaces on your models. The four-point clockwise leveling system with four tightening screws is designed to eliminate the need to re-level after a single leveling, saving you time and effort. The build plate has a laser-cut surface to improve adhesion during the printing process, even when printing large patterns.

Improved printing experience

Next to the COB light source are a large cooling fan and thermally conductive copper tubes for fast heat dissipation. This feature not only improves the printer’s performance, but also extends its service life. The improved air cleaner has a protective plastic case that protects the built-in activated carbon filter during transport and effectively removes resin odor during printing. The printer ships with a Voxeldance Tango Slicer, which offers both static and dynamic modes (including smooth and high-speed modes) to improve printing efficiency. The GOO open slicer file format is compatible with third-party slicer software such as CHITUBOX and Lychee Slicer.
