Direct hardening system
Direct Annealing System (DAS), the world’s first and exclusive CreatBot technology.The annealing process is instantly controlled during printing. It is designed to provide the best quality of details simultaneously, without distortion and cracking when printing functional materials of large sizes. (The technology is patent protected and is only available from CreatBot)
Characteristics of DAS hardening process :
1)Fast: finished during the printing process, no need for secondary processing in the oven.
2)Full: The annealing process applies to each extruded filament, not to the entire printed pattern. The internal structure of the entire model cannot be fully crystallized or it will deform in the oven.
3)Controllable: the ambient temperature can be adjusted within the range of 0-200 °C. Different durability and strength requirements can be met by adjusting the DAS temperature function in different parts of the material.

Large printing space
The PEEK-300 has an impressive print space of 300x300x400 mm. The ability to print PEEK in this size is very good.
Intelligent two extruders with automatic 480℃ rise
The PEEK-300 is equipped with CreatBot’s new technology – intelligent twin extruders with automatic rise. Water cooling, DAS system, automatically rising extruders. The temperature of the double nozzles reaches 480°C. You can print any material for 3D printers in the world. We can say that this is the best choice of polymer materials.
Liquid cooling
The cooling system is one of the most important components of a printer, and even more so of a printer that can reach high temperatures. The PEEK-300 has a newly developed liquid cooling system that causes water to circulate at the hot end and maintain optimum temperature.
Air pump cooling
To support the PEEK-300 liquid cooling system, there is also an air pump cooling system. The feature that sets this printer apart from others is that it takes in cool air from the outside, rather than just using the hot air inside the printer.
Thread detection system
If you run out of filament during 3D printing, don’t worry. The 3D printer will go into pause mode and allow you to change the filament – then just press the resume button, easy!

Triple thermal insulation consists of double insulation chamber, advanced insulation materials and vacuum double computer boards. It is a guarantee of outstanding performance and safety.
