HIT PLA – White – 3DLine (made in Bulgaria)

3DLine HiTPLA is an advanced 3D printing filament. It is suitable for all common desktop FDM or FFF 3D printers, combining the best properties of PLA (easy handling, high detail, biodegradable) but has better high temperature durability and higher strength.

3DLine HiTPLA properties:

Printing with 3DLine HiTPLA:
– nozzle temperature – 220 ±10°C.
– bed temperature – 65°C ±10°C.
– print speed – 40-100 mm/s.

Annealing
Annealing is an interesting feature of 3DLine HiTPLA. To achieve maximum strength and temperature resistance of the printed part, you can perform the following procedure:
– Preheat the oven to a temperature of 80 to 130 degrees.
– Place the printed part on a baking sheet and place it in the oven.
– Wait 30 to 60 minutes. A slight darkening or dulling of color may be observed.
– Turn off the oven and wait for it to cool before removing the workpiece.
– It is possible for the workpiece to shrink or bend slightly, and this depends very much on its shape.

Packaging:
Rolled on a roll, vacuum packed, with silica gel to maintain optimum humidity.
The vacuum packed roll comes in a carton.
