UltraHIT PLA – Ruby Red 3DLine (made in Bulgaria)
3DLine UltraHiTPLA is made of advanced granulate specifically designed for 3D printing. Suitable for all common FDM or FFF desktop 3D printers, it combines the best properties of PLA (easy handling, high detail, no unpleasant smell) but has better high temperature durability and higher strength similar to those of ABS material.

Annealing
An interesting capability of the 3DLine UltraHiTPLA is tempering. To maximize the strength and temperature resistance of the printed part, you can perform the following procedure:
– Preheat the oven to a temperature of 110 to 120 degrees.
– Check the temperature with a thermometer placed in several locations to make sure the oven is uniformly heated and within this temperature range.
– Place the printed part on a baking sheet and place it in the oven.
– Wait 20 minutes. If the item is more massive and has thicker walls, you may extend the time a bit.
– Allow the part to cool to room temperature, avoid touching or moving it.
– It is possible for the workpiece to shrink or bend slightly, and this depends very much on its shape.
You can also do the tempering in a hot water bath. You can try leaving the workpiece in the hot water a little longer: 25 to 30 minutes, because you can’t reach a temperature of 110 degrees with hot water.
Packaging:
