Hardened steel extruder – Bambu Lab X1E
The hardened steel extruder is equipped with double hardened steel gears, giving it increased extrusion strength, preventing slippage and improving wear resistance. These gears allow the extrusion unit to process tough engineered filaments, such as carbon fiber reinforced nylon and glass fiber reinforced nylon.
In addition, the extrusion module includes a sensor that supports filament leak detection, which can help prevent printing errors and improve overall print efficiency.
