Bambu Lab’s complete hotend kit features a unique all-in-one design that combines the radiator, throat, heating block and nozzle into one unit. Thanks to this design, Bambu Lab’s hotends can heat up much faster than traditional hotends and avoid the risk of leaking filament at the interface between the nozzle and heater.
Bambu Lab offers Hotends in two configurations: a single Hotend with nozzle and a complete Hotend kit. The complete hotend kit includes: hotend with nozzle, cooling fan, ceramic heater, thermistor and silicone sock. It comes pre-assembled and ready to use for your Bambu Lab 3D printer. If you need to replace your nozzle, you can replace the hotend with the nozzle of your original complete hotend kit or replace the entire complete hotend kit.

*Filaments containing carbon fibers, glass fibers, metal or other inorganic particles tend to cause nozzle clogging with a diameter of 0.2 mm..
*When printing with other brands of carbon fibre or glass fibre filaments, it is preferable to use a 0.6mm diameter nozzle to minimise the risk of clogging.
* The hardened steel nozzle is more resistant to abrasion when printing with filaments containing carbon or glass fibres.
