The Vortek system can store filament information in the hotend’s memory, ensuring proper matching between material and hotend.
When working with more than seven filament types, the system automatically calculates the most optimal combination to minimize purge waste.
Induction heating in 8 seconds
Our industry-leading induction heating technology heats the nozzle to operating temperature in as little as 8 seconds, significantly reducing preheat time for each material change compared to traditional methods.
Contactless design for maximum reliability
In our quest for the highest reliability, we have replaced traditional metal contact pins that are susceptible to oxidation and unstable connections.
We developed a contactless solution that provides a stable high-frequency connection – the basis for precise temperature control and intelligent hotend synchronization.
Colours are no longer limited by the number of toolheads
Unlike traditional toolchanger printers, where the number of colors is limited by the number of toolheads, the H2C supports up to 24 materials in a single print via AMS modules connected in parallel.
The intelligent algorithm optimizes the distribution of filaments to the hotends, minimizing purge waste and providing excellent results in multi-color and multi-material printing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Can H2S and H2D be upgraded to H2C?
A: Yeah. H2S users can upgrade their devices to H2C via the Vortek Upgrade Kit. However, due to the complexity of the process, it is recommended that if the goal is to use the Vortek system, H2C is purchased directly.
Purchasing H2S or H2D and then upgrading will incur additional costs.
The H2D Vortek Upgrade Kit is expected to be available around January 2026. Since H2D does not require a firmware update prior to upgrading, it can be performed immediately after receiving the kit.
For H2S, a prior firmware update is required. It is also expected to be available in January 2026, which means the upgrade kit for H2S will be available in approximately Q1 2026.

2. How many packages will I receive upon purchase?
A: The kit is shipped in 5 separate packages. It is recommended to check all components upon receipt. Please refer to the official documentation for a complete list.
3. How long does the installation take?
A: Approximately 4-5 hours. Make sure you have enough time and have reviewed the instructions beforehand.
4. Can I upgrade H2D Pro to H2C?
A: Not recommended. H2C does not support some professional features such as Ethernet and WPA2-Enterprise Wi-Fi.
