🚫 What’s more, we are seeing cases where consumers are using calcium chloride dehumidifiers that release moisture when saturated. This can cause a short circuit and irreversible damage to the AMS 2 Pro.

The P1 series inherits the proven kinematics and motion control system of Bambu Lab’s flagship printer. It prints at a maximum speed of 500 mm/s, accelerating from zero to 500 mm/s in just 0.025 seconds.
Vibration compensation and pressure advance
The active vibration compensation algorithm (XY) and pressure advance ensure extra smoothness and give you good prints.

What is the difference between P1S and P1P?
Compared to the P1P, the P1S offers a fully enclosed print chamber and a more powerful cooling solution that includes a fan to cool the prints, a fan to stabilize the temperature inside the chamber, and a control panel fan to help cool the control panel. In addition, we equipped it with an activated carbon filter to provide a solution for printing filaments such as ABS, which tend to emit odors and harmful gases during the printing process.
What is the difference between P1S and X1C?
The P1S is based on the P1P with an improved cooling and housing solution. However, it is not recommended to directly print fiber-reinforced filaments, such as glass or carbon filaments, before extruder and hotend upgrades have been performed. X1-Carbon is equipped with Micro lidar for advanced AI detection features and offers more convenient and efficient interaction with the screen.

The Bambu Lab AMS 2 Pro is an advanced multimaterial system that supports up to 24 filaments by connecting in series. It provides filament drying at 65°C with automatic rotation, electromagnetic ventilation and hermetic storage for ideal humidity control.
The brushless servo motor provides up to 60% faster feeding and RFID technology automatically adjusts the drying parameters for Bambu’s filaments. The system is maintenance-free and includes ceramic inlets for durability and convenience.
