X1E Bambu Lab (AMS combo)
Advanced and more connectivity options
Stable Ethernet connection, Wi-Fi connection with WPA2-Enterprise authentication
The X1E offers the ability to connect to your devices via the newly added Ethernet port, providing robust network communication in complex environments. Ethernet connectivity can also be used in environments with a compressed wireless signal. In addition, the X1E provides WPA2-Enterprise Wi-Fi Authentication (EAP-PEAP/EAP-TLS/TAP-TTLS) and individual physical disconnect switches for both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, meeting stringent network security requirements.
Work outside the cloud
Fully functional with LAN-only mode
The X1E can operate standalone, without a connection to the Bambu cloud service, and is fully functional within your local network. Customers can remotely control the X1E via LAN communication without the need for an internet connection. For further customization details, please contact your regional distributor.
Air filtration under severe conditions
Efficient filtration of particulate matter and volatile organic substances generated during 3D printing
We have combined a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter and a high quality coconut shell activated carbon filter to ensure optimal air filtration. Improved filtration can effectively reduce excessive odors and particles when printing in less ventilated environments.
Active heating and controlled chamber temperature
Reduce distortion, improve bonding of layers
The X1E can actively heat and regulate the temperature in the chamber. The precisely controlled temperature in the chamber (up to 60°C or 140°F) improves print quality, especially for filaments prone to deformation, such as ABS and PC.
320 °C (608 °F) Nozzle temperature
More heat for higher temperature materials
The higher nozzle temperature enables printing of higher performance materials such as PPA-CF/GF PPS and PPS-CF. These new materials have better dimensional stability, heat resistance and mechanical performance.
Robust CoreXY high-speed system
Super fast and rigid structure for continuous high-speed printing
Superior carbon fiber rods in the CoreXY motion structure allow the X1E to achieve toolhead acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², reducing the weight of moving parts. This faster acceleration allows the X1E to maintain its maximum travel speed of 500 mm/s for longer periods of time, significantly reducing overall print times.
Vibration and extrusion compensation
Stable and quality prints even at higher speeds
The X1E can actively compensate for XY-axis vibrations and extrusion issues to deliver exceptionally smooth print quality. All measurements are fully automatic, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
AI fault detection
Reduce thread waste and machine downtime.
X1E’s artificial intelligence algorithm can detect first layer imperfections and spaghetti failures using Lidar and computer vision. It then automatically stops the print to prevent catastrophic failures.
Intelligent thread management
Supports automatic filament reloading and enables multi-material printing with support material to improve surface quality.
The X1E can connect 4 Bambu AMS printing systems in parallel with up to 16 spools of filaments, which is suitable for printing specialised support materials for seamless surface and multi-colour printing. The AMS system also supports automatic filament reloading to use up all the filaments on one spool before moving on to the next.
