TPU Flex Hard Carbon combines the two worlds of a fibrous composite and the highly resistant and durable polycaprolactone-based elastomer.
Carbon reinforces the TPU and makes it more resistant and more rigid.
It also creates an exceptional carbon look. The material is also very easy to handle and has a very low deformation rate.
It is specifically designed for industrial applications.
The material is optimized for the FFF/FDM process in terms of thermal stability and better flow properties. The raw material is REACH and RoHS compliant.

TPU Flex Hard Carbon reaches its maximum stretch capacity at 320% elongation.
Operating temperature
TPU Flex Hard Carbon is temperature resistant up to 138 °C.
Easy printing
TPU Flex Carbon is suitable for Bowden extruder printers. Due to its flexibility, water retention and temperature resistance, TPU Flex should be used primarily by experienced users.
Visual quality
TPU Flex Carbon is matte and has a beautiful carbon surface.
Bonding of the layer
TPU Flex has extremely good adhesion to the layer. The layers cannot be separated by human force.
Impact resistance
TPU Flex has excellent impact resistance and is therefore suitable for extreme industrial applications.
