Set of inserts M8 – 20pcs. – Ruthex
View
Subsequently, ruthex threaded nuts can be inserted into 3D printer parts, for example from Anycubic, Creality or Prusa, using heat or ultrasound. Using heat from a soldering iron or ultrasound, the press nuts are simply embedded into a blind or through hole.
Description
Firm grip with ease of use
Thanks to the geometry of the threaded bushing, it is held firmly in the printed workpiece. The opposing helical knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high clamping force. The driver made insertion much easier.
Stable and durable screw threads
The internally threaded inserts are made of the highest quality brass, which provides optimum corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each pressed thread nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. The reusability of the internally screwed threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the pressed workpiece when they are no longer required.
Suitable for various plastics
The inserts are designed for all types of thermoplastics. The knurled nuts hold for example in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many others. As soon as the plastic of the workpiece around the brass bushing cools and hardens again, the internally threaded bushing is firmly secured.
Practical set of thread inserts
The Ruthex RX-M8x12,7 thread insert set consists of 20 pieces of pressed nuts with internal thread M8 and length 12,7 mm. The threaded bushings can be inserted using ultrasonic and heat embedding.
