Set of inserts M10 – 10pcs. – Ruthex
Threaded bushings for your 3D printed parts
The ruthex threaded bushings can be easily incorporated into 3D printed parts for printers such as Anycubic, Creality or Prusa by heating or ultrasonic. Using soldering iron heat or ultrasonic methods, the bushings are inserted directly into a blind or through hole.
Sturdy grip and easy installation
Thanks to the special geometry of the sleeve, it provides a very stable fixing in the printed part. The helical counter knurling ensures a balanced high torque when turning and unturning as well as a high clamping force. The guide further facilitates installation.
Robust and durable threads
The internally threaded bushings are made of high quality brass which provides excellent corrosion resistance and very good thermal conductivity. This ensures a long service life and ease of use. If necessary, the bushings can be carefully dismantled and reused.
Suitable for different types of plastics
The bushings are designed for all types of thermoplastics. They provide reliable fixing in materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many others. Once the plastic around the brass bushing has cooled and re-cured, the bushing remains firmly fixed in the workpiece.
Practical set of threaded bushings
The ruthex RX-M10x12,7 threaded bushing set contains 10 pieces of bushings with M10 female thread and 12,7 mm length. Installation can be carried out by ultrasonic insertion or by thermal insertion.
