Overview

The function of the PTFE tube is to reduce drag and guide the filament. The inner diameter of the tube is 2.5 mm and the outer diameter is 4 mm.

Please note that PTFE tubing is consumable and subject to abrasion as it can rub into the filament over time. We recommend checking their condition during machine maintenance.

If the pipes are worn and not replaced in time, it can lead to feeding problems, filament build-up in the AMS, etc.
