Panda Claw Hardended Gear set A1/ A1 mini Bambu Lab
Description
BIQU Panda Claw is a set of hardened steel gears with RNC nano-coating, specially developed for Bambu Lab’s 3D printers. It helps to improve extrusion performance and reliability and thus achieve even better printing results.
Wear-resistant design
The gears are made of hardened steel and have a gold nano coating. This combination ensures high wear resistance and long service life.
The wear-resistant spur gear is made of self-lubricating brass and coated with MoS2 anti-wear grease. The lightweight CNC-machined idler arm is made of AL6061 T6 aluminum and provides a stable base for the gears.
Optimized tooth shape for better printing results
The optimized tooth shape ensures smooth filament flow and precise extrusion, as well as more detailed impressions with smoother surfaces. Exceptional hardness and wear resistance also make the gears suitable for processing abrasive filaments.
