Inserts M4S (50 pieces), M4Sx4,0 – Ruthex

🔩 M4 (short version) threaded inserts for your 3D-printed parts
The ruthex brass threaded inserts can be subsequently embedded into 3D-printed parts from printers such as Anycubic, Creality or Prusa, by heating or ultrasonication.
Under the influence of heat from a soldering iron or ultrasonic device, the inserts are easily pressed into blind or through holes.
⚙️ Stable grip and easy installation
Thanks to the special geometry of the bushing, the insert is fixed firmly in the plastic workpiece.
The helical double filament provides even torque when turning and unwinding as well as high compression resistance.
The integrated guide form facilitates precise positioning during installation.
🧱 Robust and durable thread
The inserts are made of high quality brass which provides excellent corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity.
This ensures long service life and reusability, and they can be carefully removed from the workpiece if necessary.
🧵 Suitable for different types of plastics
The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics including PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and others.
Once the plastic around the brass sleeve has cooled and hardened, the insert locks firmly and provides a stable metal thread.
📦 Practical set of threaded inserts
The ruthex RX-M4Sx4.0 kit contains 50 pieces of brass inserts with internal thread M4 and length 4.0 mm.
They are assembled by heating (heat-set) or ultrasonic embedding, providing professional strength and long-term stability when assembling 3D-printed parts.
