The ruthex brass threaded inserts can be subsequently embedded into 3D-printed parts by printers such as Bambu Lab, Anycubic, Creality or Prusa.
By means of heat from a soldering iron or ultrasonic device, the inserts are easily pressed into blind or through holes, ensuring a strong and precise threaded connection.
⭐ Main advantages
- 🔩 Easy installation – embedding by heating or ultrasonic, no need for special tools.
- ⚙️ Strong retention – the double helical knurling provides maximum stability and resistance when tightened.
- 🧱 Premium brass – excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance for long service life.
- 🔁 Reusable – the thread retains its strength when repeatedly screwed and unscrewed.
- 🧵 Compatible materials – PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PP, PPS and other thermoplastics.
- 🧰 Wide range of applications – suitable for housings, mechanical assemblies, mounting elements and functional 3D-printed parts.
-
Suitable for professional and amateur use in all types of 3D printers – Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Anycubic, etc.
