Description
Important notice regarding firmware update
The firmware update that will enable the correct parameters and
intelligent recognition of this host will be released soon.
Until its out, you can use the Hotend by selecting
the Hardened Steel Nozzle setting.
- H2D: The printer will recognize the host automatically –
please select “Skip” to continue printing normally. - H2S and P2S: There is no smart recognition feature.
Just select the Hardened Steel Nozzle setting,
to use the hotend.
Firmware release schedule
- H2D – Q1, 2026
- H2S – Q1, 2026
- P2S – Q4, 2025
HRA 90 – stronger nozzle, lower maintenance
With a hardness of HRA 90, compared to HRA 74 in hardened steel, the
tungsten carbide nozzle provides outstanding wear resistance.
This results in up to 50% longer life when printing
with abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments
and significantly reduces the need for maintenance.

True high flow: save up to 30% of your time
The optimized melt zone of the super-durable tungsten-carbide nozzle
enables significantly higher volumetric extrusion rates,
achieving up to 62.5% higher maximum volumetric
rates and reducing print times by up to 30% effortlessly.
The bigger the pattern, the more time you save –
especially for prints with dense or bulky infills.
1. Tested with ABS, Ø240 mm cylinder with one wall, layer height 0.2 mm,
outer wall thickness 1.0 mm, nozzle temperature 280°C,
“spiral vase” mode.
2. Tested with PLA Basic, 15% infill, 300 × 300 × 300 mm cube.
Maximum volumetric print speed

High-speed precision: sharp details every time
Say goodbye to under-extrusion, rough surfaces and loss of detail.
Unlike standard high-flow nozzles, where compromises often occur,
Bambu’s high but stable and consistent flow ensures
crisp edges, flawless texture and
ultra-smooth surfaces – every time.
Upgrade now and print faster without compromise!

- If you need multicolor printing with AMS,
connect AMS to the right fixed hotend. - If you wish to use the second
print with support material,
we recommend using the left lift (Liftable) chute. - The TPU85A is only supported on the right fixed choteau.
TPU95A HF/TPU90A are expected to be supported
on the left lift choteau as of firmware version U2. - PET-CF / PPA-CF / PPS-CF are supported
on the left elevating (Liftable) gantry only.
Quick Swap nozzle design
*Please make sure that the hotend is completely cooled before replacement,
and avoid touching the heating block
(bottom of the hotend) to prevent the risk of burns.
