FiberFlex 30D – flexible filament with reduced stiffness
FiberFlex 30D is our offering for people interested in 3D printing with flexible filaments with reduced rigidity. This is the second filament in the FiberFlex family whose high flexibility allows you to create 3D parts in projects that require rubber-like properties. Therefore, any project requiring resistance to bending, crushing or stretching may require the use of this material.
3D printing with flexible filament of the Shore 30D type requires some experience in the field and a suitable 3D printer. This extremely soft material, like TPU filaments of similar Shore stiffness, can therefore be problematic for beginners. It is highly recommended to use a direct drive extruder and reduce the speed. Reducing the pressure on the extruder gear can also help achieve a successful print.

How to print FiberFlex 30D?
The following parameters are only suggested print settings for this material. To ensure the best print quality, it is necessary to select the appropriate settings for a specific printer and printing conditions.
