Advantages of nickel plating

Nickel plating is applied to our coated brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion and abrasion. Nickel coated nozzles have greater corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, allowing for smoother material feed and slowing plastic sticking to the nozzle surface.

We recommend that you have several sets of nozzles as:
