Nylon PA6 Low Warp – Spectrum’s Natural is an extremely durable polycaprolactam-based material enhanced with additives to reduce the severe shrinkage that is characteristic of this material’s printing. Key features of Spectrum Nylon PA6 Low Warp – Natural include:

• ✔️ High impact strength
• ✔️ Very good mechanical properties.

The improved cohesion of the Nylon PA6 Low Warp – Natural material allows to significantly reduce the “twisting” effect (especially in the corners of the printed pattern). The reduction of this negative effect is related to the low shrinkage during production – 0.3%.

The additives used in the manufacture of Nylon PA6 Low Warp – Natural make it a self-lubricating material, so the parts produced can be used in conditions where friction occurs. In addition, the printed components will have good electrical insulation properties and will also exhibit physical indifference.

In order to achieve the very interesting properties of the Nylon PA6 Low Warp – Natural material, from a technical point of view it is necessary to observe the basic rules of storage of these materials (in a dry and dark place with a humidity below 15%). In order to achieve the best performance of the printed product, it is recommended to dry the material before printing.
