Anycubic’s standard UV resin is preferred by many users as it ensures the strength of the moulded parts and prevents excessive shrinkage, and also improves print speed, shortens curing time and maximises the printing efficiency of LCD machines.

Normal UV resin

The material is hard and durable. Strong material in the spade pattern can easily cause the pattern to fragment, but material that is too flexible will be prone to deformation or breakage of the seal details in tension, which will affect molding accuracy and aesthetics. The resin is stable in a variety of climates and is also easy to store, overcoming the drawbacks of other resins that easily soften from moisture and corrode in the environment.

Professional LCD moulding resin

Optimizing the formation of LCD low-light source and printing efficiency is higher than the market-compatible DLP/LCD/SLA resin. The resin is designed for LCD resin model only, not recommended for DLP or SLA machine. This resin ensures the strength of the molded parts and prevents excessive shrinkage, but also improves printing speed, shortens curing time and maximizes the printing efficiency of LCD machines.

Strong adhesion and easy release

Not only high print success and precision, but also minimal resin release force and adhesion so that the model attached to the molding platform can be easily scooped out, and the low viscosity makes it easy to clean the machine and model.

Storage method:

Store away from light seals at room temperature (sunlight contains a lot of UV light, will harden the light sensitive resin. After testing, light is not affected if it is not UV light).
It is recommended to store at 15℃-35℃ ambient temperature, the lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity of the resin. Sealed storage, excessive dust or humidity can affect print quality. Sunlight contains a lot of UV light, will harden the photosensitive resin.

Usage:

1. Shake well before use, prohibiting the use of the resin in places where there is a lot of sunlight.
2. Wear gloves before use to avoid direct skin contact and keep the room ventilated.
3. In case of unintentional contact, use plenty of water to rinse as soon as possible. If you feel unwell, seek medical help promptly.
4. Printed models should use high concentrated alcohol to clean about 30S (95% concentration or more recommended, the higher the better).
5. Do not pour the resin in the resin cauldron into the unused resin, do not leave the resin in the resin cauldron for a long time without use, in order to avoid the resin contamination to affect the printing effect (a long time without resin can be introduced into airtight containers or sealed with plastic wrap to save the shading).
6. The shelf life of the resin is up to 18 months.
