Set of inserts M2.5 – 70pcs.
Inserts for 3D printed parts
The ruthex threaded nuts can subsequently be inserted into parts on 3D printers, such as the Anycubic, Creality or Prusa, using heat or ultrasound. Using soldering iron heat or ultrasound, the clamping nuts are simply inserted into a blind or through-hole.
Firm grip with ease of use
Thanks to the geometry of the threaded bushing, it is held firmly in the printed workpiece. The opposing helical knurled nuts ensure a balanced high tightening and loosening torque as well as a high clamping force. The guide has made insertion much easier.
Stable and durable screw threads
The internally threaded inserts are made of the highest quality brass, which provides optimum corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. This means that each pressed thread nut can be used for a long time and is easy to use. The reusability of the internally screwed threads is also possible by carefully removing them from the pressed workpiece when they are no longer required.
Suitable for various plastics
The inserts are designed for all types of thermoplastics. The knurled nuts are embedded for example in PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS, PP and many others. As soon as the plastic of the workpiece around the brass sleeve has cooled and hardened again, the internally threaded sleeve is securely fastened.
Practical set of thread inserts
The Ruthex RX-M2.5×5.7 thread insert set consists of 70 pieces of pressed nuts with M2.5 internal thread and 5.7 mm length. The threaded bushings can be inserted using ultrasonic and heat embedding.
