PETG filament – red lipstick AzureFilm (polyethylene terephthalate, PETG) filament is a plastic filament. Combines the properties of ABS filament and PLA filament.

Because of these properties, PETG is a must-have 3D printing filament. It is environmentally friendly and can be recycled after use. It has excellent chemical stability. PETG is a material that meets all the requirements of the European Parliament and the Council on artificial substances in contact with food and medicines.
PETG filament – red lipstick , extremely durable, hard and odorless. This is an excellent thread combining a combination of strength and flexibility. Used for printing mechanical products as well as in robotics.
Because it has an extremely minimal shrinkage and flexing rate, it is ideal for printing large products. It is a material that features a glossy finish and is therefore also used for printing decorative items. For good results you should print at a temperature of 220-230°C and the worktop should be heated to 80-90°C. Please note that the temperature range of the print media may vary slightly depending on the use of different printers.
The plastic filament PETG material easily adheres to the desktop so that it can be printed on acrylic, glass or polyamide tape.
The advantage of PETG material is that you don’t need a closed printer and the printing speed is comparable to PLA.
The PETG material has an excellent load-bearing structure thanks to the strength, which helps to ensure that the layers are perfectly bonded during printing and therefore the products are structurally sound and resistant to mechanical influences.
