Hotend with tungsten carbide nozzle for H2/P2 0.4 mm. – Bambu Lab- Hotend with tungsten carbide nozzle
HRA 90 – stronger nozzle, less maintenance
With a hardness of HRA 90 (compared to HRA 74 in hardened steel), the
tungsten carbide nozzle provides outstanding wear resistance.
This results in up to 50% longer life when printing
with abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments
and significantly reduces the need for maintenance.

Quick nozzle change (Quick Swap design)
The special design of the heating module of the host allows
easy separation of the thermal and electronic components.
It is enough to unlock the fixing mechanism to carry out
quick and convenient disassembly and assembly of the host.
*Please make sure that the hotend is completely cooled down before replacement, and avoid
touching the heating block (bottom of the hotend) to prevent
the risk of burns.
0.6 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles – higher printing speed
The larger nozzle diameter allows more material to be extruded per second,
resulting in significantly faster printing.
