Hardened Steel Extruder Gear Assembly – Bambu Lab
Description
The hardened steel extruder reducer is an internal component of the hardened steel extruder. It consists of a drive gear and an active gear that work together to feed filament into the hot mechanism.
Constructed of heavy-duty materials, the extruder gear assembly is designed for long-lasting performance. However, if wear or clogging occurs due to prolonged use, the extruder gear assembly can be easily replaced.
Thanks to the hardened steel gears, the extruder unit can print with strong engineering filaments such as carbon fibre nylon and glass fibre nylon.
*The P1P stainless steel extruder can be upgraded to a hardened steel extruder simply by replacing the extruder tooth block.
