Dental Ortho Model Resin – Grey – Phrozen
Description
With heat resistance up to 190 °C and a resolution of 50 μm, Phrozen Dental Resin is the best choice for printing highly detailed thermoformed patterns to create clear aligners and orthodontic appliances. With a pleasing matte gray finish, the low-reflectivity surfaces help orthodontists view all fine details and plan patient treatment with convenience.

Tips when printing
Before you print the perfect object, it’s important to first understand the limitations of the material you’re working with and how it can be printed successfully under different conditions. With that in mind, Phrozen provides the following design suggestions to help you better understand the properties of each material and how you can best use them to bring your wildest ideas to life.

Suggestions for printing
Shake the resin well before pouring it into the tub.
Full plate printing
When printing an entire plate, it is recommended to add a 1-2 second break.
Cleaning
After removing the printed object from the build stage, use an ultrasonic cleaner and 95% alcohol for 120 seconds to remove uncured resin from the surface. Make sure the object is completely cleaned, then leave it in a dark place for up to 30 minutes or use an air gun to dry the printed object immediately.
Avoid rubbing the printed object, as this can cause excessive cleaning and affect accuracy tolerances.
Post-hardening
Use Phrozen post-cure lamps (Cure V2, Cure Luna, Cure Mega) or other post-cure lamps of the same wavelength to cure printed objects. Cure for 30 minutes to achieve good mechanical properties and precision.
