Flexible 95A White-AzureFilm
Flexible 95A
Flexible 95A filaments are made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and have pronounced rubber-like properties.
Compared to harder TPU materials, 95A is softer, more flexible and offers excellent flexibility.
It is suitable for parts that need to flex, stretch, compress or absorb impact while maintaining their durability.
Typical applications include: phone cases, gaskets, bumpers, handles, safety covers, toys, and various household and automotive components.
Shore scale hardness
Flexible filaments are classified according to the Shore hardness scale (0 to 100), mainly divided into Shore A and Shore D categories.
Lower values mean softer and more flexible material.
TPU with 95A hardness has the feel of a harder rubber – flexible and bendable, but tough enough to retain its shape under load.
Important
If you hear popping or crackling during printing, it means the filament has absorbed moisture.
It is recommended to be dried before use for optimum results.
The use of a filament drying box is recommended.
