60A FILAFLEX PRO Black 1.75MM 500gr. – RECREUS
Description
TPU Filaflex 60A, with the lowest Shore stiffness of all flexible filaments in the Filaflex range!
Once again we have achieved it! We produced the most flexible TPU filament on the market for 3D printers with 950% elongation at break and the lowest Shore stiffness, 60A.
Filaflex 60A flexible filament is positioned as the new member of the “Filaflex” range, distinguished by being the most elastic filament of all, with a Shore “A” hardness of 60.
Like the other flexible filaments in the range (Filaflex 70A, Filaflex 82A and Filaflex 95A), Filaflex 60A “PRO” has the property of elasticity. This means that after stretching Filaflex 60A returns to its original shape without deforming as long as the elastic limit of the material is not exceeded.
The Filaflex 60A ‘PRO’ flexible filament is an extremely flexible and resilient TPU filament, suitable for most ‘PRO’ filaments only, but is NOT suitable for all-metal 3D printer heaters as the filament may stick and not flow properly. It is also not recommended to print on extruders or Bowden type 3D printers. However, if in any doubt, please contact us for help or advice.
The TPU filaments or flexibles in the Filaflex range are characterised by their high adhesion to the print bed. They do not need a heated bed, blue tape, kapton tape, varnish or any other adhesive spray. They are also odorless and resistant to some types of solvents and fuels. Printing them requires different guidelines than solid filaments. For this, 3D printers need to be properly configured.
Applications
Filaflex 60A TPU filament is non-toxic and can be in contact with the skin. Consult for medical or food industry use. It can be used to create devices that require very high elasticity, such as:
– Insoles: orthopaedic insoles.
– Prosthetic and organ models: prosthetic hands, palms, surgical simulation organs, …
– Flexible objects and parts for industry, automotive: buffers, seals, tires, grippers …
– Textile parts and accessories: textile garments, fabrics, printing on garments, bags, earrings, …
– Footwear: soles, shoes, sandals, sneakers, …
