With more than 90% variation with ±0.05mm tolerance, Water-Washable Dental Model Resin exhibits incredibly high accuracy when scanned and compared to the actual STL file, making it reliable for detailed diagnostic models.

Before we print the perfect object, it’s important to first understand the limitations of the material we’re working with and how it can be successfully printed under different conditions. Suggestions for printing
Shake the resin well before pouring it into the vat.
Full plate printing
When printing prints in full plate, it is recommended to add 1-2 seconds of rest time.
Cleaning
After removing the printed object from the build stage, use an ultrasonic cleaner and clean water for 5 minutes to remove uncured resin from the surface. Make sure the object is thoroughly cleaned, then leave it in a dark place for up to 30 minutes or use an air gun to dry the printed object immediately.
Avoid scrubbing the printed object as this can cause excessive cleaning and affect precision tolerances.
After curing
Use Phrozen post-cure lamps (Cure V2, Cure Luna, Cure Mega) or other post-cure lamps of the same wavelength to cure printed objects. Cure for 30 minutes to achieve good mechanical properties and precision.

This metric indicates the minimum wall thickness that can be printed independently without support without causing flexing or breakage.

This indicator shows the minimum allowable dimensional deviation between the hole and the column, parallel to the XY plane.
Recommended tolerance:≥0.04 mm
Minimum pin diameter
This indicator shows the minimum diameter of the columns and supports that can print independently without bending or breaking.

Minimum bore diameter, X-Y plane
This indicator shows the minimum hole diameter that can be successfully printed parallel to the XY plane.
