PolyLite PLA – Luminous – Orange – POLYMAKER
What is Jam-Free™ technology?
- Polymaker Jam-Free™ technology increases the heat resistance of the filament itself (not the printed part) to 140˚C.
- This prevents any congestion problems due to heat creep in the hotend.
- Heat creep is a process in which heat spreads unevenly throughout the shroud, softens the filament before it enters the melting chamber, and clogs the filament, causing it to expand at the cold end.
- Increasing the heat resistance of the filament from 60˚C to 140˚C ensures jam-free operation.
(Note that the printed part will have the same heat resistance as regular PLA: ~60˚C)

A hardened nozzle is required for regular printing.
PolyLite PLA – glow in the dark orange POLYMAKER
PolyLite™ PLA is based on high molecular weight PLA from Natureworks, making it one of the toughest PLA materials on the market.
You can check the Young’s modulus and flexural strength data of PolyLite™ PLA in its TDS, which represents its stiffness, and compare it to other materials in our portfolio.
