PETG + CF – Black – Fiberlogy
💥 CARBON PETG: STRONG AND STYLISH 3D PRINTINGPETG+CF filament combines the strength of classic PETG with the addition of 10% carbon fibre, resulting in significantly higher stiffness and resistance to mechanical stress. As a result, prints made with Fiberlogy PETG+CF are more resistant to damage, making this filament an ideal choice for engineering projects, machine part prototypes and parts that must meet high technical demands. Despite its advanced technical properties, PETG+CF remains relatively easy to print. It requires no specialized equipment beyond a hardened steel or abrasive resistant nozzle (due to the erosive nature of the composite) and a standard printer setup. PETG+CF prints have a unique carbon coating that gives them a sleek and professional look – ideal where aesthetics are as important as functionality. |

How to print PETG+CF?
The following parameters are only suggested print settings for this material. To ensure the best print quality, it is necessary to select the appropriate settings for a specific printer and printing conditions.
Nozzle temperature | 230-260°C |
Bed temperature | 90°C |
Closed chamber | not necessary |
Fan | 0-25% |
Flow rate | 95-105% |
Print speed | less than 100 mm/s |
Surface | paper tape (masking tape) |
Retraction (direct extruder) | 2-3 mm |
Retraction (Bowden) | 3-5 mm |
Speed of retraction | 20-45 mm/s |
Drying conditions | 60°C / 4 hours |
Notes | Due to the strong adhesion to the bed, it is not recommended to print directly on it or on glass – damage is possible. The use of paper tape is recommended.
The material has high abrasiveness. The use of hardened steel or ruby tip nozzles is recommended. Wear gloves (possibility of micro-injuries on the skin). Use protective mask and goggles when handling dust. |
