Matte PET-G – Grey – Fiberlogy
Matte PET-G filament is a new product in the Fiberlogy list. This is the answer to numerous requests from 3D printing enthusiasts. This modern PET-G filament is characterized by a unique matt finish. It not only gives the details a refined look, but also effectively masks the layers, enhancing the aesthetics of the final product. Compared to matte PLA filaments, Matte PET-G offers much greater strength. As a result, it allows the creation of solid and durable parts with an elegant appearance. It is ideal for designs where aesthetics are as important as thread strength. Matte PET-G is easy to work with, but to fully exploit its potential, it requires higher print temperatures – between 260 and 280°C, especially for high-speed printing, for example with BambuLab printers. These are key parameters to ensure optimum strength and excellent bonding of the layers. For best results, we recommend increasing the number of loops and fills.

How to print EASY PET-G?
The following parameters are only suggested print settings for this material. To ensure the best print quality, it is necessary to select the appropriate settings for the specific printer and printing conditions.
- Nozzle temperature 250-270°C
- Bed temperature 90°C
- No closed chamber required
- Fan 0-25%
- Flow rate 95-105%
- Print speed < 100 mm/s
- Surface masking tape
- Retraction (direct) 2-3 mm
- Retraction (bowden) 3-5 mm
- Retraction speed 20-45 mm/s
- Drying conditions 60°C / 4h
Note: Due to the strong adhesion to the bed, it is not recommended to print directly on its surface or on glass. This may cause damage. We recommend using masking tape.
