EcoFixy – adhesive for 3D printing 60 ml.

How to use EcoFixy:

• Shake the package before use.
• Check that the table temperature is below 50°C and apply EkoFixy to it.
• You can start warming the printing plate immediately after application (before the adhesive has dried). This will save time and the heating will speed up the drying process. When the glue dries, it goes from white to clear indicating that it is ready to print.
• Maintain table temperature above 60°C during printing.
• After printing, wait until the printer platen has cooled below 30°C to easily remove the part.
• Cleaning the EcoFixy from the printer’s desktop is done with water only.

Properties:

• EcoFixy is water-based and has no odor when heated.
• It is non-flammable and does not emit harmful fumes even when heated on the printer bed.
• Suitable for various types of materials such as PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, ABS, etc.
• The pattern is easily removed after printing (as soon as the printer bed has cooled down).
• It is easy to clean – the product is completely soluble in water, making it easy to clean the print bed.

The temperature of the print bed results in different levels of adhesion:

• Below 50°C: poor adhesion, objects may detach from the plate.
• 60 – 70°C: Medium adhesion, for simple geometries.
• 70 – 95°C: High adhesion, for complex geometries and long prints.
• Above 95°C: Very high adhesion, for very complex geometries and very long prints.

Recommended platen temperatures for printing some materials:

• PLA 60 – 65 °C
• PETG 60 – 65 °C
• ABS 90 – 110 °C
• AXIS 90 – 110 °C
• TPU 65 – 70 °C
