Good adhesion of the print to the bed is a must when 3D printing! If you want to keep your print secure during printing and avoid warping, use 3Dlac Plus 100ml. 3Dlac Plus 100ml is a new aerosol spray adhesive for heated bed 3D printers that prevents warping of large objects. When the bed is heated above 60°C, the spray offers a strong bond between the first layer and the build plate. Prints can be easily removed from the build plate as 3Dlac Plus 100ml becomes inactive below 60°C. 3Dlac Plus 100ml – Fixing Spray provides a strong bond between plastic and glass that is easily broken when needed. The spray is completely water soluble so cleaning the plate is an easy process.

Different bed temperatures translate into different levels of sticking:

• Below 60 °C: no adhesion, objects may detach from the plate.
• 60-75 °C: medium adhesion, for simple geometric shapes.
• 75 – 95ºC: high adhesion, for complex geometries and long prints.
• Above 95ºC: very high adhesion, for very complex geometries and very long footprints.

How to use 3Dlac Plus 100ml Spray Adhesive:

• Clean the bed of your 3D printer
• Make sure the bed temperature is below 50ºC
• Spray 3Dlac Plus 100ml on the bed (use a well-ventilated area)
• First heat the print bed and then print
• After printing, wait for the plate to cool down
• The printed object is easily peeled off
