Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement before the period expires.

What happens after withdrawal
After we receive your request, we will send you an acknowledgement by email. If the withdrawal meets the legal conditions, we will reimburse the payments received within the legal deadline, usually using the same means of payment as used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, as well as other applicable statutory exceptions.
