ABS Plus Filament – Yellow AzureFilm (made in EU)

ABS Plus filament – yellow ( filament ) of the Slovenian manufacturer AzureFilm with a net weight of 1 kg (2,2 lbs) in rolls with an outer diameter of 210 mm, an inner opening of 60 mm and a width of 62 mm. The filament is vacuum sealed in a pouch that absorbs moisture and allows the filament to stay fresh and ready for use. The thread diameter is 1.75 mm and is produced in more than 30 different shades.

ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) filament is stiffer, stronger and more flexible. It is mainly designed for professional use. It is most commonly used for the production of prototypes that need to withstand higher temperatures.

Finished products made of ABS thread are very durable and impact resistant. For good results you should print at a temperature of 225-245°C.

AzureFilm ABS Plus film prints perfectly on Flashforge, Zortrax, Ultimaker and similar printers.

For printing with ABS filament, we recommend that the printer be closed and the desktop heated to 90-110°C. Please note that the printing temperature range may vary slightly depending on the use of different printers

If the printed ABS filament product is placed under a cup of acetone-soaked wipes, it becomes smooth and there are no noticeable layers that appear during the printing process. The product should be left under the cup for about five minutes.
