Spectrum PA6 Low Warp is an extremely durable polycaprolactam-based construction material enhanced with additives to reduce the high shrinkage inherent in processing such materials.
Robust and wear resistant
Spectrum PA6 Low Warp is an extremely durable polycaprolactam-based construction material enhanced with additives to reduce the high shrinkage inherent in processing such materials. Some of the most important characteristics of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp filaments are: resistance to fuels and oils, high impact strength and very good mechanical properties.
The improved cohesion of the Spectrum PA6 Low Warp material allows a significant reduction of the “curl” effect (especially in the corners of the printed pattern). The reduction of this negative effect is related to the low shrinkage in processing at a level of 0.3%.
The additives used in the manufacture of Spectrum PA6 Low Warp make it a self-lubricating material, so it is possible to use the manufactured parts in applications where friction occurs. In addition, the printed parts will have good electrical insulating properties and will also exhibit physiological indifference.
In order to achieve the very attractive properties of Polyamide Low Warp, as far as technical aspects are concerned, you must follow the basic rules for storing such materials (in a dry and dark place with humidity below 15%). To obtain the best parameters of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before handling.
