More power than ever

Four 6-watt diodes were used to create the power laser. They are combined using FAC technology. FAC stands for Fast-Axis Collimation, i.e., bringing different light sources aligned parallel to each other into a single point using a convergent lens. The compressed laser diodes increase the power up to 22 W, which allows to cut 15 mm thick wood in one pass.

25000 mm/min. Fast operation for higher productivity

Falcon 2 lets you create more in less time thanks to its incredible speed. The Falcon 2’s engraving speed is 25,000 mm/min, increasing productivity for you and your project.

Revolutionary integrated air support

Unlike its predecessors, the Falcon 2 is equipped with integrated air assist – no need to buy and install additional accessories. The air assist is manually infinitely adjustable via the knob or can be automatically adjusted via LightBurn to remove smoke and protect the laser lens, achieving a cleaner result.

Triple monitoring system

Machining parts with a powerful laser must be carried out in compliance with certain safety measures. The Falcon 2 engraving machine offers three technologies for this purpose.

Airflow control: the airflow control device can remind the user if the airflow is sufficient.

Lens control: the built-in lens contamination control system triggers an alarm when the lenses are contaminated to a certain degree to prevent them from being destroyed or getting unclean cuts or etches.

Flame control: when a flame is detected, the indicator flashes red and an alarm is triggered and the machine stops immediately.

Falcon 2 application

The Falcon 2 engraving and cutting machine can be used for a wide range of creative projects. When creating puzzles, wooden decorations, mechanical or motorized creations and much more, the unit can cut precisely and quickly.

Engraving can be done on a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, leather, tile, glass and metal. From the door plate to the dog locket and furniture, many things can be designed and decorated. Paintings burned onto wood or laser cut onto acrylic are also impressive and can be gifted for a variety of occasions.
